Meet Your Instructor: Dr. Deepti Saini will be the instructor for this Training Dr.  Saini is an ex-Principal Scientist at a genomics company and holds a Ph.D. from AIIMS, 2004, and completed her Post-Doc from Washington University in St. Louis. She is also the co-founder of Protein Design (an IISc Incubated lab), which is a biotech company focused on developing novel therapeutics. With her expertise in the field of animal cell culture, Dr. Saini will provide participants with a valuable learning experience.

  • 10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Theory Session

    • Introduction to PCR vs. qPCR and qPCR applications.
    • Instruction on setting up qPCR reactions.

  • 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch Break

  • 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Real-Time Progress Observation

    • Primer Designing

    • Participants observe the real-time progress of their qPCR runs.

  • 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Data Analysis and Interpretation
